JP Architectural Services Ltd is a small practise affiliated to The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
The practise is run by Jason Passey who has over 35 years experience in the construction industry both on the drawing board and on site.
Jason Gained a HNC in construction whilst working for an architectural practise in Hereford. He started life old school, on the drawing board, gaining a vast experience from his employer, a Charted Architect in private practise.
Whilst in employment he had been involved with several property developers and had witnessed first hand the opportunity in property development.
After his employer retired Jason started his own property development company, buying land and building houses to sell.
